Terry Stolz Artwork
I paint from intuition, letting forms and symbols rise from memory, emotion, and myth. My work lives in the space between the real and the imagined—where dream logic, ritual, and surreal figures unfold across textured surfaces. Chicken-headed dancers, vanishing cows, and spirit-like presences appear not by plan, but by instinct. Through bold color, knife work, and layered atmosphere, I aim to create paintings that feel both ancient and current—fragments of story that invite reflection, wonder, and connection.
